Returns and Exchange Policy

 

  • Returns, the following information is required in order to issue a return for a product: Date, Customer Name, Contact Person, Contact Phone Number, Invoice Number, Quantity, Item #, Item Description, Reason for return
  • Items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received them in. Removal of all UPC or price stickers is required.
  • The initial shipping cost of non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for getting the product back to us and we will cover the cost to get you the replacement.
  • For returns, once we receive the product back, we will get your credited back for the cost of the product returned, but please email orders@snowbusinesscolorado.com and we can get the process going for you.
