How do I submit an order to Snow Business?

Is there a Minimum Order?

You can have an order of any size shipped to you or picked up/delivered. 

How long will it take to get my first order?

Orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days. During peak season holidays, longer turnaround times may occur. Please contact your sales rep for current order turnaround times.

I am trying to track my order. How do I get tracking information?

Can I order less pieces than the minimum order quantity listed?

No, minimum order quantity packs cannot be broken. We strive to provide low order minimums and we are unable to provide exceptions at this time.

How do I know what items I have ordered in the past?

All orders submitted via the snowbusinesscolorado.com website will have all historical orders saved within the customers account

If there are similar items with a minimum order quantity in the same category, can I combine them to get a better price break?

We are not currently offering price breaks at this time.

Items I ordered arrived damaged or missing, who do I contact?

Please contact us directly at orders@snowbusinesscolorado.com or call your sales rep directly.

Please note that customer service issues may take longer to resolve if you are unable to provide details about the exact products you are inquiring about. 

I received my order but I did not receive a copy of my invoice or packing list, where can I find it?

All orders shipped via FedEx will have an invoice and packing list located on the outside of the box in a clear plastic pocket behind the shipping label. IF you received more than one box, locate the box number 1 in the shipment to find the invoice. 

Email orders@snowbusinesscolorado.com or call your sales Rep directly and we will email you a copy of the packing list or invoice ASAP.

The following information will help to expedite your customer service issue: Business name, contact, phone number, invoice number, delivery method, how many boxes were signed for and details of your damage/shortage claim.

Can I get all of one color or specific style for items listed as assorted?

If the item is assorted, we cannot guarantee colors and requests cannot be fulfilled. 

Can I order different colors of shirts?

Absolutely! We encourage our customers to mix it up and try their designs on multiple colored garments. This can help break up the minimum order quantity and offer customers more of a variety.

Can I order the same design on different clothing styles?

Yes but it depends on the garments you want to mix and match. Depending on the design, we will accommodate printing the same design on multiple garments as best we can.

Shipping & Deliveries

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping charges will vary with each order. Snow Business will choose FedEx or delivery depending on the size of the order. If the shipping rates are higher than the delivery fee we charge for standard deliveries, we may choose to deliver the order directly to your door.

What is the shipping time of an average order?

Within the state of Colorado, shipping times typically take 2 - 4 days depending on the shipping method and location we ship from. Please check with our sales team when placing your order.

Deliveries Fees

All customers are welcome to pick up their orders from either warehouse during hours of operation. If your order is not picked up after 4 days of pickup notification, it will be shipped or delivered with our regular delivery schedule. 

All orders within a 10 mile radius of the warehouse location are subject to free delivery, outside of that radius delivery fees may apply

Can my order be shipped to a residential address?

We can ship to a residential address. Increased shipping rates will apply. 

Orders to PO Boxes are not accepted, only orders to physical addresses.

How do I have an order shipped to an alternate/temporary address?

When you are placing your order via phone, email, website, or text, just make a note or let the sales person taking your order know of the new/temporary shipping address. Please note that you will be charged shipping charges if your order is shipped to a residential address. To avoid these residential shipping charges, please be sure to use your physical address.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via FedEx, unless agreed upon an alternative shipping method ahead of time. Tracking numbers are available upon request.

Free freight?

We are not currently offering any free freight promotional programs.

Payments & Credit

What methods of payment can I use?

Orders can be paid for by all types of credit card or checks for those who qualify for credit. Open credit terms are available upon approved credit application.

How do I apply for credit?

Fill out and return attached forms. We require valid credit cards to be kept on file for all new accounts.

How do we add customers?

Fill out our New Customer Form with as much information as possible and click submit. A member of our sales team will contact you shortly.

Please note: you must be a retail business with a resale tax exempt number or, if your state does not have sales tax, we will need a copy of your business license

Questions about line items on my Invoice?

Please submit all invoice/order questions to orders@snowbusinesscolorado.com. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

I’m having a problem with a Snow Business product, what can I do?

The best way to resolve a product issue is to email direct questions to orders@snowbusinesscolorado.com, photos are helpful but not required. 

Issues will be resolved through the following options:

Replacement - if a product is damaged or broken, we are happy to send a shipping label and replace the product for you. Once we receive the product back to our warehouse, we will send out the replacement product.

Credit - we are happy to offer credits on damaged or broken products to be applied to future orders

Lost - all orders are either shipped via FedEx or delivered in person. All deliveries require a signature from the establishment in order to receive the product. No product will be delivered without a signature. FedEx orders include tracking numbers and will be dealt with through FedEx if a shipment is lost in transition. 

We do not accept orders back or trade out any orders if the product is not broken, defective at the fault of Snow Business.
